UCL’s Organisational Development (OD) department offers extensive learning and career development opportunities to over 16,000 colleagues in academic, research, teaching and professional services. The Learning and Leadership Development (LLD) Team is a key part of Organisational Development, responsible for all aspects of learning and leadership development.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the newly created job of Senior OD Consultant (LLD) – Digital and Operations, you’ll provide expert practitioner insights and strong skills in developing and implementing a portfolio of integrated digital learning interventions that are aligned to support the delivery of UCL’s strategy.
Together with the Senior OD Consultant (LLD) – Partnering, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on delivery of the Learning and Leadership Development offer and leading end-to-end organisation-wide programmes and development initiatives.
You will also work closely with OD Talent team colleagues in the implementation of learning products and content curation, which will provide a real opportunity for you to help shape and embed our digital learning approach to best enhance the digital learning experience for our staff.
UCL currently has a hybrid working policy. You’ll be required to work in our Bloomsbury office 2 days per week, and definitely be present at one collaborative working day per week (usually Monday.) UCL is a flexible employer and job-share and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

The deadline for applications is midnight on January 26th. We intend to hold first interviews w/c 10th February. First interviews will be competency based and include a presentation and a scenario-based exercise. Second interviews will be held w/c 17th February.
