Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate between different departments for smooth functioning of work
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and other office machinery, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office, disseminating relevant information and updates to staff members.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management, ensuring adherence to financial policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions and improve office operations.
- PRO work knowledge is an advantageous.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and maintaining records.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and make informed judgments.
