Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Office Support Assistant assists the Office Support Manager in daily departmental operations and acts as a back-up in their absence. This position also assists with recruiting, purchasing, travel, and shipping, as well as assisting other departments as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
An Associate’s Degree is required. A Business Administration or related certifications are acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of Two-years administrative experience required. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required. Coordination of business travel or hospitality experience is a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to work in a stressful fast paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks as well as to define priorities and respond accordingly.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge required.

Responsibilities:
- Provides back-up support for the Office Support Manager.
- Assists with team development and training
- Assist with purchasing department on a daily basis.
- Assists with the recruiting process for SCC Admin candidates.
- Assists with the recruiting process for RCM Medical Billing candidates.
- Reviews invoices submitted to Office Support, ensures totals are correct.
- Submits authorized invoices to the appropriate department.
- Creates materials requisitions for Office Support.
- Provides back-up to Office Support personnel as needed.
- Processes new hire requests for supplies, badges, and car decals.
- Assists with companywide employee inquiries
- Provides back up support to shipping.
- Complies with all approved procedures, directives and guidelines.
