HR Sr. Officer giving support in employee management including personnel data, employee competencies, KPI or target, absenteeism, payroll support and other supporting data. Responsible for recruitment and selection and new employee registration, involve in employee development program and ensure performance appraisal done on time.

  • Responsible in employee administrations from working agreement, personal file, work equipment’s, uniform, managing employment letters and documentation storage which in order and neat.
  • Drive process improvements to the payroll and time management system and workflow, provide closing report and reconcile BPJS and Tax payment.
  • Ensure compliance to internal work processes.
  • Ensure the implementation the company’s HR strategies from Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Reward & Recognition, Talent Management & Development.
  • Implement employee engagement activities and communications to ensure healthy employee relationship and highly engaged workforce.
  • Drive a culture of excellent internal and external customer service to ensure quality HR support to the local leadership teams and employees .
  • Key point of contact to the plant leaders and managers, in people related matters and pro-actively provide value-added solutions to the stakeholders that are in compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Drive HR efficiency and effectiveness within HR team
  • HR audit processes to ensure adherence to local legislations
  • Checking the organizational changes that happened and follow up to update the changes in Workday and maintain data in related system.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities and required.

Qualification & Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor ‘s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Human Resource Supervisor, handling Recruitment and Selection, understand TNA and People Development, understand the basic concept of general payroll including tax, employee compensation and benefit.
  • Result driven, hands-on with ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
  • Well versed in the local employment legislation and various government legislation.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful and proactive in recommending value - added solutions.
  • Strong analytical, supervisory skills and attention to details.
  • Having understanding in Interviewing Skill (BEI) and hold BNSP certified of HR Supervisor is preferable.
