Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates from Polytechnics, Universities or any other relevant institutions are welcomed to apply
- Experience in debt collection and arrears management is advantageous
- Experience in working with SAP system is advantageous
- Familiarity with Tenancy Agreements is advantageous
SKILLS
- A team player with good interpersonal skills

- Organized and well versed with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The role’s purpose is to perform lease management duties accurately and timely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for arrears collection and follow-up on late payments
- Monitor, track and ensure payments are applied timely and appropriately to minimize exposure on bad debts
- Prepare reconciliation of weekly and monthly debtors’ reports including arrears recovery reports
- Monitor and tracking of point of sale integration system status for tenants and follow up with vendor for any integration issues
- Monitor submission of monthly gross sales by tenants
- Assist in management of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of lease documents as required
- Assist in updating of lease data in SAP accurately and timely, as well as keeping track of the status of lease documents as required
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
