About the Role
As a Senior Officer, Lending Operations, Documentation and Agency in our Lending Operations team you will be responsible for the preparation of loan documentation from the stage of client facility documentation to activation of the credit facilities and the ongoing management of the facility.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Officer, Lending Operations, Documentation and Agency, you will interact with customers / agents and co-ordinate among the Group Capability and / or in-country teams to deliver loan fulfillment and life cycle management services. Your main accountabilities will include;
Documentation coordination with customers, agent banks, external and internal legal, LS&E. frontline business areas, credit risk;
Control role through to the execution and signing and Completion of Condition Precedent (CP) satisfaction stage, ensuring that documentation complies with ANZ’s internal approvals and requirements), amendments, waivers and general facility documentation.
Lodgement of Collateral documentation in the banks system
External legal invoicing.
Drawdowns, reimbursement’s, fee calculations
Limit and client set ups, annual reviews dates, inter branch limits.
Set up and managing customer and facilities date across Loans, Trade and Markets products.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in Preparing, facilitating and managing new and ongoing facility documentation.
Trade and Loan facility documentation with good product familiarity and structuring awareness.
Excellent knowledge of industry standards relating to documentation and credit practices including extensive knowledge and understanding of Loan Market Association (LMA) facility documentation.
Attentive to details and exercise business sense.
Understand the operational mind set and always strive to enhance efficiency of operational flow
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an ability to interface and, if necessary, negotiate with clients (their operational teams, relationship and deal team members).
Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner and interface with relevant stakeholders (i.e. RMs /Credit Risk/ Legal)
Self-motivated with strong organisational and co-ordinations skills
Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Loan IQ.
