You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, scheduling interviews and hiring new employees. That’s not all, you will possess well-honed stakeholder management skills as function as a Partner to the business, as well as external stakeholders.
A multi-faceted role, this position commands responsibility for leading all aspects of talent acquisition. You will be embedded in global campaign management and the opportunity to meet talent across international market. Strategic in nature, yours is a role that will leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize recruitment initiatives.
This role requires the superpower of making even the most nervous job seeker feel at ease. Your daily workload will be nothing short of dynamic. It could see you start your day interviewing a candidate in Brisbane, then engaging with talent in Hong Kong. Grab a free coffee from the inhouse barista as the day is just starting in Europe. After lunch, don’t forget those introductory calls to our talent pools from the Americas. Diverse, exciting and definitely rewarding.
About You:
Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum 4 years of experience with a first-class track record in recruitment. We’d love to hear from you even more if you have Flight Crew high volume recruitment experience.
