Tasks

  • E-commerce Management: Oversee our e-commerce operations on platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversions.
  • Paid Advertising: Strategically manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
  • SEO: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and attract qualified traffic to our website.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and generate revenue through partnerships.
  • Referral Marketing: Create and execute referral programs to encourage customer loyalty and drive word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Performance Marketing: Analyze website traffic, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize performance across all channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO best practices, and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce, as well as other relevant marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the mobility industry and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • European residence and work permit in an EU country
