Are you a person with a passion for efficiency and process improvement?
Fertin Pharma is seeking a Senior Operation Excellence Manager for Administrative Functions to join their Transformation Program. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of Lean methodologies, drive efficiency, and eliminate waste to support Fertin Pharma’s corporate growth strategy.
As Senior Operation Excellence Manager for Administrative Functions you will play a crucial role in leading and facilitating the implementation of Lean methodologies within the Fertin Pharma Transformation Program. This position is essential for driving efficiency, eliminating waste, and enhancing productivity to support the corporate growth strategy.

Some of your exciting tasks will be:

  • Lean Implementation: Develop and execute Lean strategies and initiatives across administrative functions to drive efficiency and eliminate waste. Conduct Lean assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Systematic Problem Solving: Execute, train, and support systematic problem-solving processes to address inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze administrative processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Performance Boards: Design, establish, and coach on performance boards, including designing KPIs, ensuring transparency, and hierarchy between boards.
  • Coaching and Training: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of Lean methodologies. Mentor and guide team members on the application of Lean tools and techniques.
  • Change Management: Communicate the benefits and importance of Lean principles to stakeholders. Address resistance to change and help employees navigate through transitions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to align Lean initiatives with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within administrative functions. Encourage feedback and suggestions from employees to drive ongoing improvement efforts. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the transformation program and drive digitalization for process optimization in collaboration with Fertin IT.

Your background

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Lean principles and methodologies, particularly in an administrative or office environment. Proven experience in leadership coaching at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of Lean principles, tools, and techniques such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and A3 thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and process mapping software.
  • Lean certification, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, is highly desirable.

Education
Min. bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree will be a plus.
