BMC Remedy Technical Consultant – In this role, you will possess a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes , configuration management, and scripting in BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions to our clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certifications in BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow.
• Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
• Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
