We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operational Excellence Consultant with a focus on Compliance & Risk Control to join our People System & Services (PS&S) team within the Human Resources (HR) department. As global risks and compliance programs increasingly impact HR, it is crucial to lead them professionally, particularly those arising from Payroll, HR Admin, Data Protection, and employee-specific areas.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and ensuring that our HR processes are not only efficient but also aligned with all relevant regulatory standards. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, ensuring that our organization is safeguarded against potential threats. Your role will involve developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, conducting thorough assessments of current processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, potentially including HR, IT, Legal, and Finance, to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide authority guidance on compliance and risk control matters will be essential to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for supervising and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, ensuring that we continuously improve and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
As a Senior Operational Excellence Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our HR operations. You’re expected to be responsible for establishing a framework for incident reporting, documentation, and action tracking. This includes defining what constitutes a good process and ensuring the organization is enabled to follow these processes. The goal is to create a structured approach to handle and supervise incidents effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency.
