Senior Operations Analyst

This position will be instrumental in terms of identifying, sizing, and executing global operations initiatives to improve PayJoy’s customers and clerks experience, improve data transparency to take better decisions, and reduce support cost per interaction or per active customer (depending on the team).
As an Operations Analyst, you will act as the main internal Operations strategic/analytic resource across initiatives and projects, having Support Ops teams as main stakeholders. Additionally, the expectation would be a high level of autonomy to drive projects. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under supervision and guidance. High motivation and a desire to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, working in Operations, Product Management, Project Management Administration or similar field
• English proficiency
• Outstanding organization, project management, analytical and strategic thinking
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge in using tools to manage big sources of data and visualization, such as: SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data, as well as make business recommendations based on analysis
• Creation of business processes, guidelines, and reporting systems
• Track progress of business inputs/outputs across cross-functional stakeholders while identifying gaps or risks and drive resolution as necessary
• Drive operational efficiencies through proposal and execution of initiatives applicable to operations processes
• Monitoring performance metrics and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare and deliver program status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team
