Senior Operations Controller - Value Chain & Gross Margin Analysis (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior Operations Controller - Value Chain & Gross Margin Analysis (m/f/d) to become the key point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Trade Margin, Gross Profit, and Product Costing topics at both the Fresenius Kabi group and Business Unit levels. You will lead the Corporate Controlling efforts within the Midterm-Strategy process, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from business and finance to drive strategic initiatives.
Your assignments

• Controlling Processes: Own and manage analyses focused on Trade Margin, Gross Profit, and Production Costs to ensure transparency in Forecasting, Budget, and Actual reporting processes
• System Improvement Coordination: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the SAC Production Cost module and drive for continuous improvement
• Guideline Development: Collaborate with other ELT areas to develop and enhance a “Product Costing” guideline and a governance process for margin analysis and production costs
• Midterm-Strategy Process: Coordinate, execute, and further develop the Midterm-Strategy process
• Support Projects: Drive international projects and initiatives by providing leadership and expertise

Your profile

• Educational Background: Successfully completed studies in business administration (Diplom Kaufmann/Kauffrau / Master Degree) or a comparable qualification
• Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in Production Controlling
• Language Skills: Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Work Style: Structured working style with analytical, goal-oriented thinking
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and reliable
• Initiative: High level of initiative and proactive approach
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Independence: Ability to work independently and confidently with internal contacts
• Cross-Functional Thinking: Ability to understand and integrate cross-functional perspectives

• Numerical Skills: Strong numerical understanding and problem-solving orientation
• Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly present and communicate complex issues
• Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• SAP Proficiency: Proficient in SAP modules BW, CO, SEM-BCS; knowledge of the Product Costing module and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage
• Thinkcell Expertise: Strong skills in Thinkcell
