To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Senior Operations Data & Reporting Governance Expert with a strong focus on Data & Process Quality. The role is placed in the Data & Process Governance Team within the Global Data function. In this role, you’ll share our reporting vision, help us spread it to the countries and work diligently to keep data quality at highest standards. You’ll be also empowered and required to analyse & improve underlying processes.
Through close cooperation with the Development & IT Team, this role also ensures high quality global deployments of reporting and analysis solutions. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for both the execution as well as development of our governance around Operations reporting and its dependency with Finance. Assurance of compliance as well as the constant improvement of our state-of-the-art global reporting and analytics solutions are also essential deliverables within this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional experience in the field of data & process governance
Solid Operations background and good understanding of processes in the Supply Chain and its interdependencies with Finance is essential
Technical experience with ERP/EPM/BW systems or corresponding reporting/analysis solutions (e.g. SAP BEx Web, Crystal Reports, BO Analysis and Analytics Cloud, Tableau) is beneficial
Programming skills (e.g. VBA, R, Python) are perceived as an asset
High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyse solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations
Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders
Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
