Description:
OUR CUSTOMER LAMOR RECYCLING IS LOOKING FOR AN ON-SITE SENIOR OPERATIONS ENGINEER FOR ITS NEW CHEMICAL RECYCLING FACILITY FOR PLASTICS.
You’ll be part of something groundbreaking – Finland’s first pilot facility for industrial-scale chemical recycling of plastics! Since the operation and the factory are brand new, you can really influence the processes and operating methods and create different operating models.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
Experience: Senior hands-on knowledge of process engineering in a plant environment, preferably from commissioning
Mandatory Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and English. Main working language is Finnish.

Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in commissioning, start-up, and risk assessments.
- Continuously develop your expertise and apply lessons learned.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance process design.
ADDITIONAL TASKS
- Develop and update process documents (P&IDs, line lists, process datasheets).
- Design and evaluate different conceptual designs.
- Perform process calculations and provide necessary process data to other disciplines.
- Provide technical support and solutions to design and operational issues
