Senior Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

As part of our Operations Excellence team, you will drive cross-departmental business and process excellence. You play a central role in building and leading cross-functional project teams within the company to improve the customer experience.

YOUR ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• You have extensive project management and project leadership experience, ideally in the field of e-commerce
• You have a solution-oriented, analytical and precise approach, coupled with a strong “can-do” attitude
• You have strong time, task and project management skills
• You excel in communication to align teams and stakeholders with project goals. You demonstrate adeptness in stakeholder management by proactively identifying and addressing concerns, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and support
• You foster a collaborative environment that enhances project cohesion. You effectively mediate conflicts and facilitate productive discussions to drive consensus and innovative solutions
• Academic background in Logistics, Engineering, Business or Technology
• Experience with data analysis and proficient Excel skills. SQL knowledge is a plus
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills are required
• Willingness to travel if required for specific projects

• You efficiently use methods of operational excellence to identify fields of action in line with flaconi’s overall goals, develop new project ideas with concrete project goals on your own responsibility and realize them with your strong project management skills
• With professional communication and the help of existing project management tools, you will be responsible for conceptualization, planning, monitoring, project controlling, reporting, quality assurance and risk management and thus operate an all-encompassing project management including reviews and reports as well as evaluations after completion of the project
• You create tenders for our procurement projects, conduct contract negotiations independently and draw up contracts with external service providers and suppliers together with the Legal Department
• As an excellent team player, you will build a strong partnership with all departments within flaconi and engage in proactive stakeholder management
• Building on a strong partnership with senior functions, you identify the impact of new initiatives, create professional decision proposals and eventually successfully integrate and deploy them
• You will work closely with our technology team and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support flaconi’s scalable growth
