Your main responsibilities:

  • To ensure professional, cost efficient and reliable execution of vessel voyages under simultaneous verification of all agreed terms and conditions
  • Arrange port calls in good manner
  • Vessel performance monitoring
  • Voyage / Port relevant documentation i.e. bills of lading
  • Laytime calculation
  • Invoicing as per charter party terms and conditions
  • Port agency management / area management including possibility of traveling
  • Active communication with other departments, overseas offices and external parties
  • Close cooperation with Intermarine / Intermarine Operations

Your profile:
You have completed an education in commercial sea transportation and have professional experience, ideally in the heavy-lift or breakbulk industry. You demonstrate strong teamwork skills and thrive in a diverse and multicultural environment. You are an open-minded, proactive, and an enthusiastic individual, eager to contribute to the team’s success. Your dedication and commitment to excellence make you an ideal candidate for this position.

In addition, you have the following qualities:

  • A high degree of personal integrity and responsibility
  • Work service orientated and responsive in a structured manner as per given instruction and procedures with strong organisational and communicational skills

  • Knowledge of C/P terms and conditions and its execution
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
