JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Operations Manager to join their team. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive decision-making.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Customer Focus: Ensure operations are aligned with customer needs and expectations to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation within the operations team.
