JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, managing operational policies, and leading a team to achieve the company’s objectives. You will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive decision-making.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Customer Focus: Ensure operations are aligned with customer needs and expectations to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation within the operations team.
