Responsibilities:
Are you ready to take the lead in revolutionizing logistics across Europe? As the Principal Manager of our Pan European Logistics Hub Operations, you will be at the forefront of transforming our logistics network into a world-class operation. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the performance of our new Pan European Logistics Hub and distribution network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective flow of goods to markets and partners, managing over €350 million worth of network equipment annually.
You will:
- Manage the launch and ongoing operations of the Pan European Logistics Hub, coordinating with 3rd Party Logistics Services Providers to ensure seamless warehouse and distribution activities. Your leadership will be key in driving consistent and high-performance logistics operations across our global footprint.
- Establish robust governance with in-market logistics teams for the major EU markets, identifying and scaling best-in-class practices to elevate the maturity of our logistics operations. Implement sustainable and profitable process improvements to enhance performance and strengthen partnerships with logistics service providers.
- Support the warehouse consolidation strategy by optimizing our Logistics Service partners’ warehouse footprint by implementing Hub & Spoke models. Your strategic initiatives will ensure a streamlined and efficient logistics network.
- Oversee forward and reverse logistics, warehousing, and inbound/outbound transportation, managing over 23 logistics service partners and over €350 million worth of network inventory across Europe’s big 4 markets.
