As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across our business units in both Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, marketing, etc.) to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Must be able to travel frequently between Singapore and Malaysia.
