The College of Health and Science is a vibrant and ambitious College which delivers a wide range of research-informed and industry-relevant courses, as well as working at the forefront of new research discoveries in fields across healthcare and the sciences. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Senior Operations Manager within the College Executive Office.
As Senior Operations Manager, you will collaborate with a range of colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the College’s strategic aims. Providing leadership and management to professional services teams within Schools, you will ensure the effective implementation of all aspects of administrative delivery within Schools. Working closely with the College Director of Operations and others, you will oversee the College’s space planning, as well as ensuring compliance with policies relating to data protection and health and safety.
To succeed in this role, you should bring proven experience of operational management and delivery, strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, and high-level communication skills. The ideal candidate will be solutions-focused with a passion for continuous improvement of service delivery, and will demonstrate strategic thinking and decision making skills, and the ability to negotiate with and influence colleagues in a range of roles and at all levels.
