Required Qualification:
- 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with treasury management products and services
- Account analysis experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and search tools to find information
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor within Account Analysis Operations as a part of our Commercial Banking Operations Division. Senior Operations Processor will be responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency. In this role, you will:
- Perform operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area.
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support.
- Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures.
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
