Description:

QUALITY SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS;

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS;

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experiences in:
  • Logistics coordination (importing shipments, customs clearance procedure) at a 3PL environment.
  • Warehouse activities coordination (following on the process of receiving shipments into the warehouse, picking and dispatching shipments from the warehouse)
  • Experience in SAP / WMS Idoc resolution.
  • Running reports and doing analysis on Excel
  • Communicating with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communicator and great team player
  • Problem Solving mind-set
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Fluency in English and preferable Arabic as well

Good to have:

  • SAP superuser experience
  • Oracle experience (optional)
  • iDoc errors investigation
  • SC project management or Change management
  • Middleware experience (plus)
  • Excel and macros superuser experience

Responsibilities:

  • Track, monitor, and expedite the incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Daily monitoring of SAP / WMS IDocs integration issues, leading identification of root causes and it’s resolution. Ensure data accuracy within SAP.
  • Monitoring cycle and physical wall to wall stock counts and ensuring inventory adjustments are controlled.
  • Inventory scrapping is completed physically and in SAP as per BSC policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the warehouse team and monitor 3PL activities in line with agreed KPI’s. Hold the 3PL accountable for KPI’s and escalate as required.
  • Create a tracking log for delivery issues, identify root causes, assign corrective and preventive actions
  • Validate and verify the documentation and labeling for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • All orders are picked, packed and shipped according to customer requirements, including products, packaging, documentation, and transportation lead times. Always operate with a high degree of accuracy consistency.
  • All applicable procedures and work instructions are complete and regularly updated according to applicable quality, legal and financial regulations.
  • All returns are investigated and completed on time.
  • Tracking of 3PL defined KPI’S to support the operations in achieving its objectives and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating routine processes. Lead the change management.
  • Daily and weekly meetings and reporting are run and managed properly.
