Description:
Independently managing patient flow and quality assurance in virtual review imaging clinics Assessment of visual acuity of patients using LogMAR computerised tests. Instillation of eye drops as prescribed by the Doctor or protocol to prepare the patient for further ophthalmic examination. Assist transfer of patients of limited mobility to examination chair and support ophthalmologist during assessment as necessary. Produce high quality ophthalmic images and scans.
Ensuring clinics run to time as much as possible alerting patients of any delays, and seeking help if required Giving advice to patients as instructed by senior staff or by ophthalmologist
