- Leadership or management experience, with demonstrated ability to guide and develop engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and guidelines for offshore wind and foundation design.
- Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to detail in both written deliverables and design drawings.
- Proficiency with offshore structure design tools.
- Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale engineering projects from concept to execution desirable.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget control, resource planning, and risk management is preferred.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technical challenges across disciplines and manage their resolution effectively.
- Sharp understanding of client needs and priorities, with skills in providing collaborative support.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated with strong imitative, and results-driven approach.
