POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer to create and refine complex Oracle solutions in support of Stanley’s growing business. In this role, you work closely with our users to build features that support strong execution of our business plans by enabling internal teams and external partners.
This role will have a direct impact on the return we will get from Stanley’s investment in the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). If you have deep experience with EBS, a consumer first mindset, and want to build something amazing, we want to hear from you!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development and support, including at least 3 years of experience working with R12.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture and Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and others.
  • Previous experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), including Hyperion Planning, and Sales Performance Management (SPM).
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, WebADI, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle API.
  • Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems and data migration techniques.
  • Comfort working in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., E-Business Suite Procurement, Supply Chain, Oracle Certified Professional) and experience with Agile development methodologies are a plus.

    The base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, modifications, and integrations with Oracle EBS R12. Also develop and support Oracle Cloud applications for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) as needed.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Oracle ERP environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and implement improvements to efficiency and the user experience.
  • Provide advanced support for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Know the latest Oracle ERP best practices and emerging features and ensure that Stanley is optimizing our use of Oracle technologies.
