Description:
Permanent – hybrid working
SystemsAccountants are partnered with a reputable brand name in the market to source a Senior Oracle EPM Analyst. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working with the expectation of 3 days a week.
This role will take on a senior position within the team and play an integral role to ensure the PBCS continues to meet the business requirements, performance is optimal and analyse areas of improvement and opportunities for further systems development. Additional responsibilities include:
Ensure appropriate training is in place for all Oracle EPM community users, with a focus on excellent customer service. Work as part of a team to upskill in Oracle across the users, in particular focused on the Cloud technology
Appraise and evaluate the way users should work utilising the appropriate application functionality, including benefitting from the Cloud technology
Work closely with other technical teams to ensure successful data flow across the core S systems.
Facilitate a Continuous Improvement environment (implementing fixes, issue resolution, continuously reviewing application set-up and identifying enhancement opportunities)
Proactively share knowledge with the other team members, driving technical excellence, upskill in specialist areas (including Cloud technology) and work together to establish best practise.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EPM / PBCS with proven project and development experience
Experience of narrative reporting, ARCS, FCCS desirable
Business Analysis skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
