JOB SUMMARY

FIEL is a leading decorator, manufacturer and importer of promotional products for the last 30 years. Under our house brand “FIEL’’ we provide Sublimation, Heat Transfer and Digital Print, Laser Engraving as well as blank goods. Our FIEL line includes display walls, flags, table cloths, blankets, scarves, bandannas, neck gaiters, towels and aprons.
We are looking for someone to fill the role of Senior Order Coordinator. As a Senior Order Coordinator, you are the main customer service point of contact between the client and our decoration, production and shipping team. You will work in tandem with all departments to ensure client’s requests are met.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIRED

• 3 years or more of customer service experience
• Zoho CRM experience preferred but not necessary
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Typing speed of at least 60 Words Per Minute (test required)

• Manage calls and emails relating to order inquiries
• Supervise remote Order Entry Team and Art Department to ensure client’s requests are met
• Assign and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Work with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues
• General administrative duties such as collecting payment and invoicing
