PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years experience working in logistics and or operations in the consumer goods industry, preferably, the vaping industry
  • Strong ability to manage, prioritize, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines surrounding your daily work, while also managing multiple projects
  • Able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical capabilities specifically within Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to comprehend, extract and analyze information from various data sources for reporting and able to make data-driven decisions
  • Project management skills including strong organizational, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and interact with global cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable on standard ERP customer order management and systems applications, including systems administration
  • Understanding of customer EDI integration and platform management

EDUCATION:

  • Dangerous Goods Certification preferred
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or relevant diploma qualification

Responsibilities:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Juul Labs is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to join the UK team to support the Global Logistics function to help keep the entire UK supply & sales process running smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. The Senior Order Management Specialist will work hand in hand with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Operations, Planning, Quality, and various other departments to meet all deadlines necessary to ensure an on-time project execution. The Senior Order Management Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end order management and fulfilment, as well as ensuring an accurate supply & demand forecast is prepared and submitted, inventory levels are accurately maintained, and our 3PL warehouse achieves the target KPI’s.
The Senior Order Management Specialist is a self-starter, driven, motivated, analytical, enthusiastic, can work independently, as well as be a team player. The Senior Order Management Specialist will possess and leverage their previous business and market experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing cross functional and organizational projects. The Senior Order Management Specialist is someone with strong operational experience that thrives on accountability and flawless execution.
This position will reports to the Senior Manager of Order Management and Transportation, based in the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Order Management (Order-to-Cash – supporting Accounts Receivable)
  • Coordinating with our local 3PL provider to fulfil orders on time and in full
  • Support supply chain relationships with major retail partners
  • Implementation and adherence to B2B inventory allocation planning
  • Utilizing Kaizen methodology, develop and implement business process improvements aimed at improving operational execution and communication
  • Daily warehouse / 3PL communication and management
  • Inventory Control:
  • Monthly inbound reconciliation
  • Returns (RMA’s)
  • Manage stock transfer transactions in our ERP system
  • Lead and conduct physical inventory audits as necessary
  • Support Juul’s internal sample shipments process
  • Warehousing and freight invoice reviews, analysis, and internal reporting
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
