JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Organic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate our organic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will focus on driving brand visibility, improving organic traffic, and increasing audience engagement through strategic SEO, content marketing, and social media efforts. As a senior team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy while mentoring junior marketers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience: 5+ years in organic digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, content marketing, and social media.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and WordPress.
· Content Expertise: Strong knowledge of content creation, optimization, and promotion strategies.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
· Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· SEO Strategy & Execution:
o Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
o Optimize website architecture, on-page elements, and content for improved search engine visibility.
o Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
o Build and maintain a robust backlink strategy to enhance domain authority.
· Content Marketing:
o Develop and oversee content strategies to align with business goals and audience interests.
o Create and manage engaging, high-quality content for blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
o Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
· Social Media Optimization:
o Plan, execute, and refine social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement organically.
o Collaborate with design and content teams to produce shareable, on-brand content.
· Analytics & Reporting:
o Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
o Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
o Monitor and respond to algorithm updates and industry trends.
· Collaboration & Leadership:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers.
o Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
o Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to stakeholders.
