JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Senior Organisational Development (OD) Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing OD strategies that align with our culture, values, and organisational goals. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, you will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to enhance people capability, improve the employee experience, and support the achievement of our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and embedding of OD programmes focusing on culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to assess organisational needs and recommend tailored OD solutions.
- Manage OD projects, including business case preparation, project planning, risk assessment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programmes, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Change leadership and change management: Use best practice change leadership and management techniques to help embed OD frameworks and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in organisational development, psychology, human resources, or a related field (project management qualifications are a bonus).
- Proven experience in OD within a large and complex organisation.
- Expertise in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and embedding cultural change.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Proactive and innovative with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate varying work styles and situations effectively.
