Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director of People and Culture, the Senior Organizational Development Advisor is responsible for developing and enhancing corporate human resources programs. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and initiatives that support organizational performance and foster an inclusive and engaging work environment. The advisor collaborates closely with management, HR, and other stakeholders to align organizational goals with employee needs and best practices in organizational development, employee experience, and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and deploy corporate human resources programs to contribute to the company’s success.
  • Identify organizational needs to develop and implement effective strategies related to performance, culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Improve existing HR programs:
  • Enhance the onboarding program to facilitate new associates’ arrival at the ALDO Group and create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Simplify the performance management program, emphasizing the manager’s role in supporting associates.
  • Establish an effective framework for succession planning, contingency plans, and high-potential employees to enhance retention and mitigate human capital risks.
  • Develop an employee lifecycle approach to enhance their experience throughout their professional journey at the ALDO Group.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and market trends, adapting them to the ALDO Group’s culture and evolution
  • Define performance indicators that are easy to track in order to measure the impact of talent management initiatives.
  • Work closely with the learning and development specialist in creating training content for managers and associates.
