  • Contribute as a key member of the Workday Transformation HR Delivery team by leading the development and implementation of the following functionality:
  • Talent Enablement – Talent design, evaluation, development, and management.
  • Learning – Learning development, delivery, and operations.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to the project team and leadership with a focus on improving organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with others on the HR Delivery Team on ways to transform and elevate the employee experience with an organizational development lens.
