The Senior Organizational Development Consultant role supports leaders and teams in achieving NAIT’s goals through strategic facilitation services, inclusive employee engagement programs, purposeful talent management strategies, holistic performance enhancement processes, thoughtful learning and development opportunities, exciting appreciation and recognition initiatives, as well as supporting strategy and change management processes. Ultimately, the work of the ODS team is rooted in building capacity in the individual, the team, and the organization, so we can continue to deliver on the vision of our institutional strategic plan, The NAIT Effect.
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations (Workday Transformation HR Lead), this Senior Organizational Development Consultant position fills the role of a trusted subject matter expert as part of the Workday Transformation project. As we transition to our new HR system, Workday, you’ll be focusing on developing functional solutions to elevate the employee experience. Where we have gaps in current functionality, you’ll ask the right questions to build the right solutions and deliver it the right way. Most importantly, you’ll need to be a team player that supports others on the Workday Transformation HR delivery team, listening with the intent to understand the diverse perspectives of your colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Contribute as a key member of the Workday Transformation HR Delivery team by leading the development and implementation of the following functionality:
Talent Enablement - Talent design, evaluation, development, and management.
Learning - Learning development, delivery, and operations.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to the project team and leadership with a focus on improving organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with others on the HR Delivery Team on ways to transform and elevate the employee experience with an organizational development lens.
