SENIOR OUTBOUND ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our payment service solutions and POS / Kiosk systems to upmarket small merchants.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate our payment, EPOS & self service kiosk solutions effectively
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our technology solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Min 3 years of Outbound Sales experience
- Min 2 years of payments/pos/SMB sales experience
- Team First approach
- An inquisitive mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong target achievement orientation
