Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the daily operations of the media department, overseeing client marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute paid media strategies to maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management: Control budgets, monitor keyword bids, optimize placements, and track key metrics (e.g., impression share, quality score).
- Performance Tracking: Utilize data-driven decision-making and testing techniques (e.g., A/B testing) to improve results and identify growth opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Attend meetings, provide updates, deliver ad-hoc and monthly reports, and exceed client expectations with actionable insights and issue resolution.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign adjustments.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns, collaborating with designers, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance.
- Process Improvement: Streamline workflows using tools like Asana and Notion to ensure efficiency.
- New Client Onboarding: Participate in media sales, acquire new clients, and develop tailored strategies for their success.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
- Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads (search and shopping campaigns), with Bing and TikTok Ads as a plus.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Skilled in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, and data-led A/B testing.
- Strong ability to explain account performance clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Up-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Analytical and KPI-driven, with a structured approach to building scalable campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple PPC accounts across diverse business verticals is advantageous.
- Knowledge of broader digital marketing channels (ie. SEO and social media) & their interaction with PPC.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and communicate effectively.
- A fast learner who adapts to the evolving digital landscape and embraces growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with using AI for campaign optimization and strategy is a plus.
