REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Paid Media. Social Media ads, (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
  • Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management

Responsibilities:

  • Building the client strategy document within the prescribed timeline in line with OMG best practice across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Ad-Roll and Bing Ads and any other paid channels that are included in the OMG service offering.
  • Drive strategic improvements within OMG’s social media service offering and work with the PPC Lead to develop and improve agency technical best practices.
  • Propose keyword lists and ad copy for paid search clients.
  • Propose audiences, ad sets and ad copy for Facebook clients.
  • Provide creative input on briefs to designers (internal and client-side) as required for Facebook banner creatives.
  • Best practice campaign set up for new clients as required
  • Facebook ads manager correctly configured and linked to agency business manager
  • Conduct performance optimisation for clients
  • Conduct fortnightly 1-on-1s with social pod consultants and/or executives to ensure personal development and client account performance
  • Attend industry events at Facebook and any other paid social platforms as required, and present back to the relevant consultants to ensure that learnings are incorporated as OMG paid search ‘best practice’.
