Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
Carhartt WIP seeks a Senior Paid Social Media Manager (m/f/x) to lead our paid social strategy across 20+ markets. Responsibilities include strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll drive innovation, meet performance targets, and integrate efforts into our global marketing strategy.
(Senior) Paid Social Media Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision, strategy and roadmap to build a best-in class Paid Social Strategy for Carhartt WIP whileintegrating the core values of the brand across all activities
  • Create, monitor and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns throughout the customer funnel while applying industry best practices and developing out of the box ideas
  • You detect latest content trends on social platforms and translate them into concrete content ideas matching the look and feel of Carhartt WIP
  • Take ownership of both new and existing Paid Social initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Focus on customer-centric KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) to assess and enhance campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. to work with the creative team to produce impactful, localized concepts. Your input supports optimizing assets for each platform and running tests on performance and creativity
  • You work with the business analyst team and other marketing stakeholders to automate processes and utilize deep data insights to improve cross-channel impact to support business targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive and data-driven paid social campaigns from inception through post-launch management and actively support a holistic testing and optimization culture
  • Stay informed about paid social media trends and technologies, implementing best practices to continually enhance our Paid Social initiatives
