Description:
Stone Arch Law Office, PLLC is a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis. We are looking for a qualified full-time senior paralegal to play an important role on our team. This position will do drafting of estate plans and probate documents, file probate, guardianships, and contested matters with the courts, and assist with intake, client management and research. The ideal applicant will have at least ten (10) years of estate planning experience, great organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and help wherever needed.

$37 - $40 hourlyResponsibilities:
- Drafting full wills and trusts from templates including custom language without supervision (e.g. irrevocable trusts for various purposes such as life insurance trusts or cabin trusts)
- Fully draft and file probate, guardianships, and contested matters
- Customer service includes answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to client questions when appropriate
- Research of real estate and legal issues
Qualifications:
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Paralegal certificate or college degree
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience with drafting estate planning documents
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in providing professional paralegal assistance and support to multiple attorneys
- Proficiency in the use of a database or case management software and common office technology programs, with ability to learn new software and operating systems
- Reviewing, proofreading and drafting communications/documents to include proper use of grammar, punctuation, and legal terminology
- Extreme attention to detail
- High-level organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and keyboarding skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and friendly attitude
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing competing deadlines
- Must be available to work in the office Monday - Friday
- Must be a notary public or willing to obtain a new commission
- Experience working for a small company preferred
