POST SUMMARY

The Senior Paralegal Officer will draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the European Commission under their new Horizon Europe Programme and for various funders under the Irish & International umbrella e.g. State Funders, Charities, Industry, International Funders. This will add to the support the RC provides to College in facilitating the engagement of external parties, including industry, with College by ensuring contracts are negotiated and administered in an efficient and professional manner. Effective review and negotiations will aim to minimise any exposure and/or liability to College and Principal Investigators and to also ensure internal College policies are adhered to and College / Schools / Principal Investigators are in a position to comply with same.
