- DEC en techniques juridiques ou équivalent d’une institution scolaire du Québec.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in corporate law (corporate/transactional).
- DCS in Paralegal technology or equivalent from a school in Quebec.
- Fully bilingual in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
- Work with an awesome team
- Provide support in organizing and overseeing various files.
- Create resolutions and draft a variety of legal documents.
- Handle the preparation of documents for incorporations, amendments, mergers, continuances, and dissolutions.
- Compile and prepare documentation for transactions and corporate reorganizations.
- Conduct reviews of corporate minute books, prepare detailed reports, and draft corrective resolutions as needed.
- Maintain and update corporate minute books.
- Submit filings to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance.
- Oversee the preparation of annual resolutions, reports, declarations, and continuous disclosure materials.
- Perform additional tasks to assist the team as needed.
