  • DEC en techniques juridiques ou équivalent d’une institution scolaire du Québec.

    Inner Circle Agency is hiring for a Senior Paralegal position with a well-known, leading law firm located in downtown Montreal. This prestigious firm practices a wide variety of legal disciplines and offers a collaborative work environment. The role involves supporting corporate and transactional law files, with a competitive salary, benefits, and hybrid work options.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in corporate law (corporate/transactional).
  • DCS in Paralegal technology or equivalent from a school in Quebec.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with an awesome team
  • Provide support in organizing and overseeing various files.
  • Create resolutions and draft a variety of legal documents.
  • Handle the preparation of documents for incorporations, amendments, mergers, continuances, and dissolutions.
  • Compile and prepare documentation for transactions and corporate reorganizations.
  • Conduct reviews of corporate minute books, prepare detailed reports, and draft corrective resolutions as needed.
  • Maintain and update corporate minute books.
  • Submit filings to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual resolutions, reports, declarations, and continuous disclosure materials.
  • Perform additional tasks to assist the team as needed.
