Our new Senior Partner Development Manager (PDM) will lead partner development for our key partners in Finland. In this role, you will establish strong relationships with decision-makers and drive growth in our preferred partner portfolio, services, and support, as well as in sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in facilitating partner growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire and onboard new partners that align with our preferred partner profile through proactive engagement and follow-up on relevant leads.
- Develop existing key partners, through technical and sales enablement plans, and through marketing and other collaborative activities.
- Build and maintain strategic business plans with key stakeholders to support our and our key partners’ growth.
- Conduct external quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with named partners and internal QBRs with the management team to align on goals and performance.
- Co-ordinate technical enablement activities with SE and partners – including technical certification program.
