Responsibilities:
- You conduct research and competitive analyses in the field of electromobility and electric vehicle charging solutions to identify trends and derive recommendations for product development and positioning
- You participate in our entire sales process and support in building customer relationships up to contract negotiation and ongoing assistance
- You establish and adjust our customer relationship database in CRM Hubspot, ensuring data quality, and supporting the analysis of customer data to enhance customer relationships
- You support onboarding, operations, and billing processes of customers
- You establish and maintain a system for capturing and analyzing customer feedback
- You develop measures to improve the portfolio based on the collected feedback
