Description:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent knowledge / experience in ecommerce software environment / digital sales
  • High experience in (partner) marketing and/or logistics sector
  • Excellent customer orientation and business acumen
  • Power BI skills/knowledge welcome
  • Work fully independently ensuring a very good level of accuracy and reliability
  • Very high level of self-organization
  • Strong willingness and openness to learning and ability to very quickly pick up on new things
  • Ability to cope with a very broad range of tasks with high level of complexity and detail
  • Team player who enjoys working together with stakeholders from all over DHL group
  • International mindset with excellent communication skills in a global environment
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or similar
  • 7+ years of professional experience in relevant environment
  • Previous experiences in a multi-national professional environment preferable
  • Fluency in English
  • German is welcome, but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

TASKS:

As Senior Partner Manager, you contribute, drive and improve DHL’s visibility and availability of relevant services in the dynamic ecosystem of Technology partners. You lead, manage and drive projects which improve our integration, connectedness, and accessibility via strong partners in a technology-driven and highly competitive environment and support stakeholder management (in and outside of DHL). In this position, you directly contribute to delivering excellence in a digital world and help to achieve profitable growth, while protecting our brand, data and usability.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage, coordinate and execute projects that aim at marketing all relevant services as effectively as possible and ultimately drive healthy growth in and via the tech partner ecosystem
  • Test DHL integrations and support identification of improvement opportunities
  • Scan and monitor market developments, trends and competition activities
  • Support and contribute to marketing activities and events in and around the Tech partner ecosystem (e.g. webinars, case studies, white papers, campaigns, etc.), also in collaboration with our resp. partners
  • Drive measurement and visibility of volume developments to support data-driven optimization
  • Steer individual workstreams and identify and implement improvements, align with relevant stakeholders in- and outside of the project on all management levels
  • Act as a PMO for cross-functional projects, shape workstreams and keep track of tasks and timelines
  • Provide educational insights via documentation, presentations or other media
  • Contribute to the creation of Senior Management presentations and demos
