Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Program Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the success and scalability of our partner ecosystem. The Partner Program Manager will design, coordinate, and manage our partner enablement journey, implement and manage our Partner Portal (PRM tool), and oversee the structure and operation of our Partner Program. This individual will collaborate closely with our partner managers to create the foundation for scaling our partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Enablement: Develop and manage structured enablement programs for different partner personas, including content creation, delivery, and tracking of success metrics. Lead training sessions and manage other experts as needed.
- Partner Portal Management: Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal, ensuring it meets the needs of the partner team and supports seamless partner interactions.
- Partner Program Development: Oversee the design and structure of the partner program, ensuring partners are properly segmented, incentivized, and supported through various program initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set up metrics to track partner achievements and contributions, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing regular performance reports to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partner managers, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives and alignment across functions.
- Process Improvement: In coordination with our Operations team. continuously assess and improve partner-related processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the partner ecosystem grows
