REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the financial services sector.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that foster long-term value creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnerships.

  • Maintain and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and strategic objectives are met.
  • Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing any challenges and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a partnerships strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on partnership-related initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement
  • Set and monitor partnership performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership initiatives and outcomes for senior management.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to optimise partnership strategies and contribute to company growth.
