As a Senior Parts Advisor, your number one focus will be selling and producing parts sales. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to sell while providing the great customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST be able to SELL
• Previous parts advisor experience is an asset
• Strong computer skills are an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook is an asset
• Previous experience using PBS software would be an asset
• Must have flexible hours
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Able to provide excellent customer service
• Have a positive, can-do attitude

• Sell tires. Sell parts. Sell accessories.
• Be an integral part of producing/increasing sales GROSS for the parts department.
• Order parts accurately to maintain low inventory overhead.
• Assisting our internal, wholesale, and retail customers with quotes with the end goal of earning a sale.
• Maintaining accessory displays.
• Assist in managing tire storage.
• Assist in managing parts returns.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow up with customers that have parts that have been ordered and arrived.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
• Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience.
