Senior Patient Service Associate (Specialist Clinic)

Responsibilities:

• Perform front desks duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions and answer and assist doctor’s needs.
• Dispensary of medication
• Assist Clinic Manager in her responsibility towards the over-all performance of the clinic with support from the Operation Department.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee and establishes inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
• Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.
• Other other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level / ’O’ Level / Higher NITEC
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change
• PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, Service oriented and a good team player
• 5.5 days week
