  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of general insurance matters and claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Process authorized claims, including government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, income tax submissions (IR21), NS men claims, etc.
  • Update and maintain HR database and records.
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately.
  • Liaise with production personnel for timesheet submissions to payroll.
  • Track and ensure the accuracy of daily attendance, overtime submissions, leave records, and monthly payroll deductions.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Prepare payroll information for monthly CPF submissions.
  • Provide final salary information for IR21 submissions for non-local employees.
  • Manage work injury (WICA) related matters.
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned by your superior.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits plans.
