About the job
In Payroll we are continuously working with improving our processes which is a journey you will be a part of through your daily task. Main purpose of the position is to run all tasks related to payroll.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Running monthly payroll for white- and blue-collar employees using HR Plus 8
- Internal and external reporting and statistics
- To support in the system management of HR Plus 8
- Maintenance and improvement of integration between Workday and HR Plus 8
- Administration of the time & attendance system Timekey
- To engage with internal and external customers on resolutions to service requests within payroll area
- Playing a central role on continuously improving/updating the HR knowledge base regarding Payroll and benefits with a strong focus on aligning processes across the national sites
What you know
You have experience from a similar role and have worked with payroll activities within global organizations. Strong system understanding and knowledge of HR Plus 8 is preferable, along with experience in time registration systems. Experience with Workday is an advantage. Additionally, you should be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
